CARDIO DRUMMING
Wednesdays from 5:45pm-6:30pm (summer hours!)
July 6, July 27, Aug 10 and Aug 24, 2022
Ages 13 and up. Build power, focus, and endurance while getting in a good cardio workout. All levels of fitness encouraged, with instructions for low and high impact levels.
$8.00 Drop-in per class.
Bring your own equipment or rent for $4 per class.

Family Cardio Drumming Day
Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 1-1:45pm
Get ready for an extra fun family drumming day! Build power, focus, and endurance while getting in a good cardio workout. All levels of fitness encouraged and instructions for low and high impact levels will be provided. Ages 4 and up. Children accompanied by an adult please.
$14 for two family members. Can be two adults or one adult and one child. $7 each additional person. Bring your own equipment or rent for $4 per adult.
CHAIR CARDIO DRUMMING - Seated cardio drumming class for people with limited lower mobility ages 18 and over. Chairs provided. Due to lack of interest, this session of chair drumming has been cancelled. Please email dc4arts@downriverarts.org if you are interested in this class - Diana would love to offer it!
Please be advised that we will be following all mandated covid restrictions as announced. We are asking all users of the arts center to follow safe social distancing measures. Hand sanitizer is available in public places throughout the building. If you are sick, please stay home and contact us to discuss make-up class days or refunds. Please check our website for current guidelines and hours of operation.
Fine print:
It is your responsibility to stay home if you are sick. If you have a fever, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, and cough please stay home. If you have been exposed or if you show signs of Covid-19, please stay home.
Maintain a safe distance from person-to-person at all times. Facemasks are encouraged at the present time of publishing this event, however could be required if executive orders mandate them.
Hand sanitizer is available for immediate use at the front entrance and entrance into each of our common areas. Please wash hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds after touching metal surfaces, sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose or using the restroom. In the case of being diagnosed with Covid-19 or show symptoms, immediately notify the DCA by email at dc4arts@downriverarts.org.
