The Downriver Council for the Arts (DCA) is currently accepting entries for consideration in our annual All Media Exhibition. It is open to all artists and artwork can be any theme. It illustrates the DCA’s commitment to exhibiting an extensive variety of artwork to the community. We wish to highlight the creativity of different media work for regional talent.
