Art that captures the beauty on display in natural scenery.
You are cordially invited to the 2nd Annual ArtScape exhibition which celebrates the beauty inherent in landscape art. The exhibition will include artwork depicting hills, valleys, trees, rivers, landscape architecture, and forests, with its elements arranged into coherent compositions.
This year we will also be featuring art created during the Wyandotte Plein Air Paint Out. Artwork included in this featured part of the exhibition will showcase the beauty of historic downtown Wyandotte’s storefronts, homes, landmarks and parks.
Exhibit Run: Thursday, October 27, 2022 - Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Opening Reception: Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 6-8pm
Parking and admission are free to the public to view.

ARTSCAPE 2022 CALL FOR ENTRIES
ARTSCAPE FEATURING THE WYANDOTTE PLEIN AIR PAINT OUT IS AN EXHIBIT WITHIN AN EXHIBIT.
ArtScape is a landscape themed exhibition. Artists participating in ArtScape are invited to capture the beauty inherent in natural scenery. Artists can choose to enter both the ArtScape exhibit and the Wyandotte Plein Air Paint Out or the ArtScape exhibit only. Artwork can be submitted to the ArtScape exhibit done prior to the Paint Out, however only the Paint Out submissions will be eligible for awards and cash prizes.
The Wyandotte Plein Air Paint Out is a featured portion of the ArtScape exhibition. This exhibit within an exhibit is reserved for artists that choose to participate in the Paint Out. Submissions for the Wyandotte Plein Air Paint Out MUST be created within the city limits of Wyandotte. Artwork MUST be created on location, plein air style, at locations in the City of Wyandotte. Daytime and nighttime painting is encouraged between 6am - 10pm from Friday, October 21 - Sunday, October 23.
Artists can choose to enter both the Artscape exhibit and the Paint Out or the Artscape exhibit only.
