Felting is a versatile art form, where you can easily create 3 dimensional elements or make wonderful windows in the surface, revealing special treasures underneath. You can imbed many other materials that can become organic and beautiful masterpieces. Nicole Gillies from Roving Eye is will teach you how to make these gorgeous textiles! This class will be a hands-on tutorial of many different types of surface design in feltmaking. Perfect for students who want to learn more but beginners are always welcome.
Cost: $25 per student registration fee, plus $10 material fee paid directly to the instructor on the day of class. Please bring an old towel. All other materials will be provided. BYOB and snacks!
