The Downriver Council for the Arts (DCA) invites artists to submit work to our annual All Media Exhibition. It is open to all artists and artwork can be of any theme. It illustrates the DCA’s commitment to exhibiting an extensive variety of artwork to the community. We wish to highlight the creativity of different media work for regional talent.
